So who is the person behind the name? Hi, I’m Tiffany Villaluz and the founder and principle consultant at Huntress Recruitment.
So often recruitment companies get a bad rap because let’s face it, they may not have the candidate’s best interest or goals at heart, and are perhaps a little too focused on getting that commission ‘cheque’ so their clients time can often be wasted with presented candidates not fitting the job brief or the clients hiring goals.
My passion is to continue to show candidates and clients how working with a recruitment partner can be an enriching experience no matter what the outcome. In a nutshell, personalised service, an in depth understanding of clients business and goals, regular updates to candidates during the recruitment process (so they are not left in the dark), and most of all, results at a cost that’s not eye watering. It’s simple stuff right? But all too often not done well enough.
I have over 20+ years experience as a recruitment professional with positions both in house and with agencies across multiple industry sectors. I have managed junior roles up to C suite and truly understand the importance of partnering with businesses to assist key stakeholders meet their core business goals through best practice recruitment strategies.
