Yes, we have tailored products to suit our clients needs and can speak to you in more detail about your options. Our prices are fixed so you know upfront the cost of the service we provide you.

What does working with you look like?

In a nutshell, we take the hiring pain away and can do all of it for you whether that be the recruitment process from start to finish, or only part of the process for example conducting reference checks or screening. For the full process, we start with a detailed job brief, write ad copy, determine the best advertising strategy, conduct detailed screening and then manage the interview, reference checking and offer process.

How quickly can you fill my job vacancy?

We’re committed to filling your role as quickly as possible however sometimes the market can work against you. If this is ever the case we will advise you accordingly and always keep you up to date with our activity and any possible delays

What should we do if we are not receiving enough relevant applications?

There are are many strategies we can work on with our clients to optimise the interest in your role and company and ensure we are attracting the right talent.  This can be tweaked as necessary throughout the recruitment journey

What happens if we're unsatisfied with a candidate?

Huntress Recruitment offers a service guarantee with our Tier products however we stay close to the candidate and hiring manager in the first 8 weeks of onboarding to highlight any red flags from either party.

We work hard to understand your career goals as you are more to us than just another resume or application. We work with you to find you that ideal role and can also help you in other ways such as improving your resume, prepping you for interviews and sharing local hiring trendsIt’s easy, once you’ve applied for a role we take you through the process and give you feedback along the way or you can join our talent pool so once a role comes up, we can reach out to you. We also work hard to manage your expectations so there are no surprises along the way with any role you may be applying for

Can I submit my resume even if there's no specific job opening matching my skills?

Yes, we encourage you to submit your resume even if there’s no exact match at the moment. We’ll keep your information on file and contact you when a suitable opportunity arises..

How do I submit my resume for a role?

If you’ve seen a role we’ve advertised online, click on the apply now link and we will receive your resume immediately and be in touch with an update for you within 72 hours. Alternatively, use the link in the previous question if you’d like to be added to our database and we’ll contact you should we be managing a role we feel you may be interested in.

What's the typical process after I've applied for a role?

Our hiring process varies depending on the position and company. Generally, it involves reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and potentially assessments or skills tests. We’ll keep you informed about the progress of your application and aim to respond to all applications within 72 hours of receipt. 

Can I get feedback on my application if I'm not selected for the role?

While we receive a large number of applications, we strive to provide feedback whenever possible. However, due to resource limitations, we might not always be able to provide detailed feedback for every applicant.

How can I prepare for an interview with potential employers?

We offer interview tips and advice on our blog. Additionally, our team may provide you with specific guidance based on the job you’re applying for.
